Our mixed “Sampler Case” is a great way to sample a variety of wine including our most popular, Beverino! We’ve taken a selection of red wines, white wines and sweet wines to create a case that is sure to please anyone’s palate! The Sampler Case includes:
Pinot Grigio
"Grigio", meaning gray in Italian, describes the grayish hue of the grape. The Ponte Pinot Grigio is a light, crisp wine with rich flavor and aroma. It complements almost any light dish, and is particularly splendid with poultry and fish.
Graciela
Graciela is a light, crisp white blend that continues to be a favorite year after year. A glass of Graciela is a wonderful accompaniment to soft goat and brie cheeses and shrimp scampi.
Chardonnay
Ponte Family Estate's Chardonnay is always a crowd pleaser. Pair a glass of this flavorful wine with barbequed salmon or roasted chicken.
Viognier
Viognier is an old world Rhone varietal that produces an exotic, rare white wine with a heavy perfume and a dry, citrus, fruity flavor. Try a glass of the Ponte Viognier with spicy foods, shellfish and fine cheeses.
Meritage
A cross between the words merit and heritage, the term describes a bold and flavorful blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot Petit Verdot and Malbec. It is ready to drink now and is the perfect barbeque wine. Serve with grilled steaks or ribs!
Sangiovese
Sangiovese is the classic grape of the Chianti region in Tuscany, Italy. The Ponte Sangiovese is rich in flavors of tart cherries and currants. This vintage will age gracefully but is delicious now, especially when paired with veal parmesan, stuffed manicotti or a nice pizza.
Super T
Our new Super T is made in the classic Super Tuscan style, perfectly blended Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes for a rich and bold taste. Super T has juicy blackberry and vanilla flavor notes with a smooth finish. Pair this immensely popular wine with roasted meats, pesto sauce and creamy risottos.
Barbera
The Barbera grape, originally from the Piedmont region of Italy, is well-suited for the California growing conditions. The Ponte Barbera is full of body and enhances the flavor of rich risottos, salty cheeses and cream-based pasta dishes.
Beverino
Beverino means "easy to drink" in Italian. Ponte Family Estate's Beverino can be served with almost any food, from spicy entrees to rich desserts. This wine's subtle sweetness makes it perfect for a romantic picnic.
Ariana
Inspired and named after Claudio Ponte's niece, Ariana is destined to become a classic and unforgettable wine. This white wine blends the sweet floral notes of Muscat grapes with the crisp and refreshing essence of Pinot Grigio to create a wine that is lovely to sip on its own or alongside light seafood dishes.
Juliet
As charming as its namesake, this delightful Rosé is a sweet wine to be enjoyed with salad, dessert, or a dish like seafood bouillabaisse.
Isabel
Named after Claudio Ponte's niece, Isabel is a light and fruity white wine. It's perfect as an aperitif when served chilled, but will show its true character when paired with spicy Thai or Chinese food.
